Greenacres Animal Park welcomes visitors with disabilities, together with their helpers and carers. The park has been designed to enable all visitors the opportunity to fully enjoy the range of facilities and entertainment provided.
Parking
There are disabled parking spaces at the entrance to Greenacres Animal Park. Please ask at reception for assistance if you cannot locate them.
The car parks are located very close to the entrance to Greenacres Animal Park, no additional transport is required to get you into the park.
Access around the Park
There are tarmac pathways to the vast majority of attractions around Greenacres Animal Park. The animal petting area is accessible to wheelchair users. Wheelchair users must be able to take 1 step on and off the tractor ride, or be lifted on. Our tractor ride is bumpy so is not recommended to anyone heavily pregnant or anyone with back/hip problems.
Toilet Facilities
We provide disabled toilet facilities at Greenacres Animal Park.
The Kookaburra Cafe
The Kookaburra Café can be accessed by wheelchair users.
Public Safety for the Disabled
Greenacres Animal Park welcomes visits from those with disabilities and special needs, and the staff will do all that is possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable day.
Please note that our staff do reserve the right to refuse access to certain rides and attractions if we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals.
