WE ARE A NO DOG SITE!
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs on-site, Assistance dogs that are registered with an accredited training provider are allowed on site, assistance dogs in training are not permitted. They must he kept on a lead at all times and under strict control. Animal welfare is our top priority and for this reason that we do not allow dogs on site or to be left in cars in our car park. Unfortunately, we can not accept ESA. Currently, emotional support
animals do not have legal recognition in the way that assistance dogs do in the UK.
car parking
Parking is free, we also have an over spill car park opposite our main car park. Cars and possessions in your car are left at your own risk.
washing facilities
In addition to our toilets, there is a hand washing area near to the animal meet and greet area. Visitors are encouraged to wash their hands after eating and/or touching any of the animals.
We have a wheel/boot wash as you exit near the red dragon.
